"No firefighter is worth anything to himself, his department, or his community the moment he believes that he knows it all. Training is and must be an ongoing concept - from day one (now) until day last".
- Tom Brennan, Retired FDNY

Fire Chief John Tacy
Welcome to the Lebanon Fire District training website.
It is an honor to serve our community as Fire Chief after more than 40 years with this department. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside dedicated professionals who are deeply committed to protecting the lives, property, and well-being of the citizens of Lebanon.
The Lebanon Fire District has a proud tradition of service built on professionalism, integrity, and community trust. As Fire Chief, my priority is to continue strengthening these values while ensuring our firefighters and staff have the training, resources, and support they need to serve at the highest level.
We remain committed not only to emergency response, but also to fire prevention, public education, and strong partnerships with our residents and neighboring agencies. Together, we can continue to make Lebanon a safe and resilient community.
Thank you for your continued support of the Lebanon Fire District. It is truly an honor to serve.
Chief John Tacy
