69 Y/O Female with a c/c of 9/10 chest pain. ECG: Anteroseptal Infarct, 152/78, P:78, SAT: 100%, Treatment - Nitro 0.4mg x 4, 324 ASA, emergent transport to GSRMC. Medic: Manzi

69 Y/O Male, C/C "Feeling off" with care staff reporting low b/p and elevated heart rate. ECG: PSVT, 88/59, P:178, SAT: 94% Treatment - Fluid Challenge 200ml NS, Adenosine 12mg x 2. Conversion to Sinus Tach with second dose of adenosine. Transported to LCH. Medic: Perkins


93 Y/O Female, C/C chest pressure and forgot her medication today. Hx of A-Fib, B/P:128/45, P:100, SAT:98% Treatment-ASA 324mg PO, Nitro 0.4mg SL, 15 mg Diltiazem with conversion. Medic: Kemper
